Deacons recently advised The Wharf (Holdings) Limited in relation to a HK$2.2 billion block trade sale of its entire 5.925% interest in Sino-Ocean Land Holdings Limited (a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) to an independent third party.
The completion of the sale took place on December 14th 2015.
