Bill Sims, Managing Director and Stephen Downie, Senior Associate in the Due Diligence and Strategic Research practice contributed a chapter on the essential elements of conducting pre-IPO Due Diligence into the backgrounds and reputations of the listing company, related entities and key principles.

 

There is also an interesting video interview available discussing potential fraud risks to be cognizant of during the IPO due diligence process, as well as the increasing likelihood that cyber due diligence will be a requirement of IPO due diligence in the
