JunHe sincerely welcomes attorney Ms. Mu Xiangying as a counsel to the Qingdao office. Like Mr. Liu Xuezheng’s, Ms. Mu is another outstanding attorney to join the Qingdao office. She graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law in 1996, obtaining her bachelor degree in economic law. In 2004, Ms. Mu received her LLM degree at Shandong University. Before joining JunHe, Ms. Mu worked at the Qingdao Bureau of Justice and later at a renowned law firm in Shandong where she was promoted to senior partner.
Ms. Mu has extensive experience in the areas of corporate governance, M&As, financing as well as bankruptcy and liquidation. In 2016, the Higher People’s Court of Shandong Province honored her as an individual solvency administrator. With the rise of legal construction in China, Ms. Mu’s practice focuses on both litigation and non-litigation practice in the field of governmental legal construction. She is able to provide excellent legal service to the government and public institutions in Qingdao.
Ms. Mu outstanding performance during her legal career led to her being named as one of the “National Advanced Individuals in Legal Aid” in 2011. She was also elected as an “Advanced Individual in Qingdao’s Judicial Administration System”, an “Advanced CCP Member in the Qingdao Bureau of Justice”, an “Excellent CCP Worker” and an “Outstanding Attorney in Qingdao”. In 2009, she was named as one of the “Top 10 Female Attorneys in Qingdao” and as a “Qingdao March 8th Red Banner Pacesetter” by the Qingdao Women’s Federation and by the Qingdao Political Science and Law Enforcement Committee in 2009.
