Skadden advised Goldman Sachs International plc, Barclays Bank plc, Morgan Stanley & Co. International and Nomura International plc as the underwriters on Japan Bank for International Cooperation's issuance of US$ 2.5 billion 0.625% guaranteed bonds due 2025. The bonds were issued on July 15, 2020 and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
