On 12 October 2020, the National Security Council (“NSC”) announced that Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya will be put under Conditional Movement Control Order (“CMCO”) in light of the recent spike of COVID-19 cases in the Klang Valley. The CMCO took effect from 12.01am on 14 October 2020 and will be enforced for two weeks (“CMCO period”).
