Morrison & Foerster partner B. Chen Zhu was quoted in the article "Biden's new Executive Order clarifies challenges on Chinese investments, no scaling back -lawyers" by Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence which discusses the revised Executive Order issued by U.S. President Joe Biden on June 3, 2021.
According to Chen, the revised Executive Order is a much-needed clean-up and reset of the Trump-era Executive Order. "It is not a scale-back or change in direction," Chen said.
