Clyde Commentary: Thoughts On FIDIC Series.

To give clients a nuanced understanding of the main FIDIC suite of contracts, the Clyde & Co Projects & Construction team are delighted to present our new FIDIC commentary series, focusing on both the 1999 and 2017 editions of the Red, Yellow and Silver Books (the FIDIC Suite).
 

The series will explore each of the Clauses in the FIDIC Suite on a month-by-month basis and will contribute incrementally to a guide to the whole Suite. We will launch the first three Clauses this month, with each subsequent Clause being released each month thereafter, until the guide is complete.
