India - MCA Notifies The Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021.

MCA, by way of its notification dated 11 February 2022 has notified that the provisions of Section 1 to 29 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021 (“Amendment Act”) shall be applicable from 01 April 2022.
