Appleby Bermuda advised Triton on its entry into a securities purchase agreement to acquire Global Container International for a total transaction value of over $1 billion. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval, and is expected to close in the first half of 2025.
Appleby acted as Bermuda corporate counsel, advising on all Bermuda aspects of the transaction.
