GSR III Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company in the Cayman Islands (Nasdaq: GSRT), has announced its planned business combination with Terra Innovatum Srl, a developer of micro-modular nuclear reactors.
The consummation of the transaction will result in Terra Innovatum Srl becoming a publicly listed company on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “NKLR.” The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2025.
Appleby (Cayman) Ltd., represented GSR III Acquisition Corp. in the transaction led by partner Simon Raftopoulos and counsel Alexandra Low, with associate Darryl Jago.
