In May 2023, Partner Kenix Yuen sat the GBA Legal Professional Examination. Passing the exam with high marks, Kenix can soon capitalise on her dual qualification to provide cross-jurisdictional legal services to clients in the GBA, helping in the development of the GBA as well as national development.
As at the end of April this year, around 200 Hong Kong legal practitioners had obtained the Lawyer’s License (Guangdong-Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area) and can provide legal services in the nine Mainland municipalities in the GBA on specified civil and commercial matters to which Mainland laws apply.
