Bronwyn has more than 15 years offshore experience, specialising in investment funds, asset management regulatory and general corporate transactions. In particular, Bronwyn’s practice focuses on the structuring, formation and operation of private equity, venture capital, hedge and hybrid funds as well as real estate funds, joint venture arrangements and private equity downstream transactions.
Bronwyn advises asset managers, sponsors, investors, directors and service providers across the financial services industry throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Bronwyn’s career began with Simmons & Simmons in Shanghai after studying at Fudan University. Bronwyn worked in the People’s Republic of China for over 6 years and is one of a few offshore lawyers with onshore PRC legal experience.
