Skadden advised Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, one of the largest private life insurance companies in Japan, on the issuance of US$1.75 billion of 5.800% step-up callable subordinated notes due 2054 (the “Notes”).
The Notes were listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. The Notes offering was completed on September 11, 2024.
