Skadden advised J.P. Morgan, Crédit Agricole CIB, Daiwa Capital Markets Europe and Morgan Stanley as the underwriters in the US$500,000,000 offering of 1.625% government guaranteed bonds due January 20, 2027, by Japan Bank of International Cooperation. The notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. This is the first Japanese government-guaranteed green bond issuance by any issuer.
