Baker McKenzie acted for MetLife Inc. on the successful sale of MetLife’s Hong Kong life insurance business to FWD Management Holdings Limited, a member of the FWD Group. The transaction was completed on 30 June 2020.
Baker McKenzie’s team was led by Martin Tam (Head of Asia Pacific Insurance, Hong Kong) and Robert Wright (M&A, Hong Kong). They were supported by Tracy Wut, Tina Li and Lydia Turman.
