In this second episode of ‘Labour Law – Grab n Go’, Elsie Chan, Partner of our Employment and Pensions practice, gives insight into a recent case Shiu Ming v Natural Dairy (NZ) Holdings Limited (in Provisional Liquidation) [2020] HKCFI361.
