Osborne Clarke advised Fortnum & Mason on the opening of its new store in Hong Kong this month, which marks its first standalone store and restaurant opening outside of the UK. The new Hong Kong restaurant and store are set within Victoria Dockside’s pioneering cultural hub of K11 MUSEA.
Fortnum & Mason turned to OC's specialist International Transactional Retail group and our Hong Kong team for this significant step in its history. Working with colleagues in the UK, partner Alice Li led the Hong Kong team providing local regulatory advice.
