Global law firm Clyde & Co has appointed John Chrisman as a Partner in its Hong Kong office.
John is a corporate lawyer with 28 years’ experience spanning more than 30 countries across six continents. He represents companies, financial institutions and investment banks on international capital markets deals and cross-border M&A transactions. John is recognised as a leading international lawyer in India.
John's recent transactions include the IPO of RBL Bank, tender offer of New World Development, the QIP private placement of IndusInd Bank, the IPO of Thyrocare Technologies, the QIP private placement of Dewan Housing Finance, the IPO of Genscript Biotech and the offer for sale of NTPC.
