King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) is delighted to announce its next phase of development in strengthening its client service offering with Hong Kong-based partnerHao Zhou taking on the newly created role of Managing Partner, Clients in the Hong Kong office, effective 1 January 2019.
This development is part of the firm-wide initiative to improve the client experience at every level and ensuring consistent service delivery of the highest quality. In this role, Hao will be responsible for further developing the strategy in client relationship management for Hong Kong, leveraging our exceptional PRC and international network to assist clients with their global business ambitions.
This initiative will also link together the management and the partnership across the Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Shenzhen offices in the Greater Bay Area to identify and set priorities for target and prospective clients, key practices and sectors for development, as well as implementing new ways to deepen and manage existing client relationships.
