Law firm Stephenson Harwood has advised Guosen Securities (HK) Capital Co., Ltd., in its capacity as sole sponsor, on the primary listing of the shares of 360 Ludashi Holdings Limited (“Ludashi”). The shares were listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Ludashi is a PC and smartphone hardware and system benchmarking and monitoring solution provider in China. It develops a series of PC and mobile devices utility software and offers them to users free-of-charge in exchange for online traffic. This is then monetised by online advertising and game businesses, and further expand by electronic devices sales.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by partner Chun-Hui Lin, who was assisted by of counsel Alan Ho, associate Clement Lai, registered foreign lawyer Poh Ling Lim, and assistant legal manager Zheng Pan.
