LexOrbis signed up to acquire Inolyst practice for its Bangalore office. In April this year LexOrbis opened an office in Bangalore to expand its practice in South India. Having developed a strong client base of leading global technology companies, public sector corporations and research institutions since 1997, LexOrbis expansion in Bangalore was aimed to bring a practice mix by introducing local technology product companies, SMEs and start-ups. Inolyst was serving this client segment from Bangalore since 2009 and is well known for creating innovative systems for making IP simpler, accessible and affordable. With this acquisition, LexOrbis is proud to have a team of 10 IP experts and attorneys at its Bangalore office serving over 300 clients. And the numbers are growing exponentially. While Inolyst brings innovative and user friendly client service platforms, LexOrbis adds its vast pool of domain and legal expertise to act as one stop shop for all IP needs of ever growing start-ups and SMEs in South India.
