Linklaters’ China joint operation partner, Zhao Sheng Law Firm, recently became the latest member of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA).
Linklaters Zhao Sheng’s Capital Markets practice has carried out a variety of work for Chinese and multinational companies, banks and other key players in the sector, delivering sophisticated services covering derivatives, structured products and securitisation. The joint operation’s lawyers have advised international banks and other major financial institutions on their complex China related matters, including advising the Shanghai Clearing House and a number of global banks on close out netting of derivatives transactions including amendment to ISDA, GMRA and other derivatives documentation.
