L&L advised the lead managers for the rights issue of equity shares of Tata Sponge Iron Limited.
Tata Sponge Iron Limited is India’s largest merchant sponge iron manufacturers and is engaged in the manufacture and sale of sponge iron using the TDR technology.
The lead managers to the transaction were Centrum Capital Limited, Axis Capital Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited.
