Australian partner Andrew Rich interviewed on Sky News Business regarding the findings of the firm’s global report on the future of M&A, Beyond Borders: The Future of Dealmaking.
The report, which draws on a survey of more than 700 senior executives of companies with annual revenues of at least US$1 billion from around the world, found that the prospects for M&A activity remain strong despite some market volatility in 2016,
