Skadden represented PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk in connection with the Regulation S offering of $70 million aggregate principal amount of 5.5% guaranteed senior notes due 2023. The notes, which are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, were issued by PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk's finance subsidiary incorporated in Singapore and are guaranteed by PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk and certain of its other subsidiaries. The notes are consolidated, and form a single series with, the issuer's outstanding $200 million 5.5% guaranteed senior notes due 2023 issued in October 2016.
PT Bumi Serpong Damai is the largest property development company in Indonesia based on market capitalization, with one of the largest land banks among the country's property developers.
