Hangzhou Liaison Interactive Information Technology Co. Ltd., which is engaged in the research, development and operation of mobile terminal operation systems, middleware platforms and related applications, has acquired a majority 64.18% equity stake in NASDAQ-listed Dehaier Medical Systems Limited. The transaction closed on August 19, 2016. Skadden served as U.S. legal advisor to Hangzhou Liaison Interactive Information Technology.
