Aristotle David is the new Managing Partner of Vientiane Law Co Ltd (a member of ZICO|law) in Lao PDR, effective 16 September 2015. Aristotle has practiced law for more than 16 years, including over 10 years in Lao PDR and is a true ASEAN insider, with a wealth of international legal experience and insights into businesses in the country.
He holds a Master of Laws from the Universitiet van Amsterdam and a post graduate diploma from the Institute of Social Studies of Erasmus University. Aristotle has worked on several major investments in Lao PDR and the Philippines. Prior to joining ZICO|law, Aristotle has advised in a wide range of cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, investment structuring, regulatory compliance and project coordination and has also advised on intellectual property, employment as well as real estate laws.
