Introduction
As an on-going effort, R&P China Lawyers is active in several chambers of commerce in China, with the goal to share our legal expertise and experience with the foreign business communities in Shanghai and Beijing.
We are happy to announce that our Director of Corporate Services, Ann Sophie de Meester, last week was elected Secretary of the Board of the Danish Chamber of Commerce in China (DCCC) in Shanghai.
Another of R&P’s Directors, Koen Naber, has been serving as a Vice President of the Benelux Chamber of Commerce (BenCham) in Beijing since 2017. Koen also holds regular seminars with BenCham. Most recently he spoke during a webinar on Crisis Management during COVID-19, specifically about negotiating rent relief and implications of force majeure.
