Skadden advised Denso Corporation, a leading global manufacturing company primarily engaged in the development, production and sale of automotive parts and components, on the issuance of US$500 million of 4.42% senior notes due 2029 (the “Notes”).
The Notes were listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. The Notes offering was completed on September 11, 2024.
