Leading offshore law firm Appleby has made a further appointment to its growing Dispute Resolution team, now totalling 12 lawyers. Associate, Phillip Cronje joins the firm from South Africa.
Phillip is a qualified attorney in South Africa and commenced his legal career there at an international firm in Johannesburg and then practised at a leading South African firm where he specialised in commercial litigation.
Phillip has experience in a wide range of disputes including: commercial, construction, property and insurance matters and has successfully assisted clients in these areas both in High Court litigation as well as in arbitrations.
Phillip said, “I am incredibly excited to have made the move to the island from South Africa in order to join Appleby in their market leading disputes team. I look forward to developing my legal skills and career at an international level at the firm and enjoying all the island has to offer.”
