Skadden advised Goldman Sachs, CLSA, Orient Securities and China Renaissance Securities as the underwriters in Pharmaron Beijing Company's US$ 589 million (HK$ 4.6 billion) initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Beijing-based Pharmaron provides research and development services to the life sciences industry. Trading commenced on 28 November.
The team was led by Hong Kong partners Julie Gao and Paloma Wang, with associates Xueyin Zhong (Beijing), Steven Lee (Hong Kong), Gabriel Lee (Hong Kong) and Tianze Ma (Beijing).
