Southeast Asia has become an increasingly attractive destination for foreign investors with its fast-growing markets for business and huge untapped potential. ASEAN nations have over the past few years introduced corporate reforms to keep pace with global developments and increase competitiveness.
This publication presents a comparative study with respect to the setting up of companies in all 10 countries in the ASEAN region as well as highlights of regulatory developments and corporate reforms in each country over the last couple of years.
